An OV64 launch is a practical moment. The boat touches the water, the last checks happen in real conditions, and the project moves into the only phase that really counts for an operator: getting the asset ready to leave and ready to run.

This one went through fast. The build schedule was tight, preparation stayed clean, and the boat is already moving toward delivery. That pace matters when a vessel is ordered for a real program, with bookings, crew planning and deadlines behind it. For the client, it is about receiving a platform that can enter service without a long transition. For us, it is about keeping standards high while still delivering with momentum.

The configuration tells the story of how the boat will be used. Energy autonomy was clearly part of the operating model, so the client chose solar panels and a wind turbine. On board, that means fewer constraints during trips and more flexibility in the way the day is structured. From there, the rest followed the same logic. A grill area was integrated to support onboard food moments, which many operators use to extend the experience and strengthen what they sell. A rear staircase opening directly onto the sea was also added, because it improves guest flow and makes swim stops easier to manage for the crew. Even the seating and cushion layout was adjusted to match the program, so the space behaves properly when the boat is full.

There is one detail we appreciate every time: this is the second boat ordered by the same client. Repeat orders are a very clear form of feedback, and they make the collaboration smoother because expectations are aligned and decisions are made quickly.

The OV64 is now in its final delivery phase and will be on its way soon. If you are building or expanding a charter operation and want to discuss what an OV64 can look like when it is configured around a specific program, feel free to reach out.
